At HKSpanishtutoring, we wish to make the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for you. To secure a weekly booking with one of our tutors, we send you an invoice via email and require upfront payment to be made prior to your scheduled lessons (minimum 4 lessons at a time). We ask for payment via bank transfer and our company bank details are provided on the invoice.
If you are booking lessons on an ad-hoc basis, which is an option during day-time hours and school holidays (subject to availability), we will invoice you prior to the lesson being delivered and politely ask for payment to be made prior to the scheduled lesson.
