How do I pay for lessons? At HKSpanishtutoring, we want to make the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for you. If you are securing a repeat booking (weekly/bi-weekly lessons on a certain day and time), we will send you an invoice via email and require upfront payment to be made prior to your scheduled lessons (minimum 4 lessons at a time). We ask for payment via bank transfer and our company bank details are provided on the invoice. If you are booking lessons on an ad-hoc basis using the online booking system, which is an option during day-time hours and school holidays (subject to availability), we will send you an invoice via email either prior to, or after the lesson has been delivered and politely ask for payment within 7 days of the invoice date. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you in any way we can.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of lessons? No, you do not have to commit to a certain number of lessons. At HKSpanishtutoring, we understand that every student has different needs and schedules, and we are flexible to accommodate them. We are more than happy for clients to book an initial lesson with any member of our team with no strings attached. This way you can get to know your tutor and see if they are the right fit for you before committing to further lessons. We believe that finding the right tutor is key to success in learning Spanish, and we are committed to helping you find the best match for your learning style and goals. However, we do recommend regular attendance to ensure consistent progress in your learning. Please note, however, we have very high demand for lessons during after-school/evening hours and as a result, we do ask for upfront payment of 4 lessons at a time if you wish to secure a repeat booking on a certain day/time. This is to ensure that your preferred time slot is reserved for you and to avoid disappointment if someone else books the slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
